In fall 2013, Buddy Valastro, star of the reality show "Cake Boss" will be opening Buddy V's.
It will be the first restaurant venture for the famous baker and offer
new twists on Italian-American classics as well as Valastro family
favorites, like Sunday Gravy and Steak Pizzaiola. Mario Batali and Joe
Bastianich will open another new restaurant at the resort, B&B Burger & Beer,
in fall 2013 that will feature hamburgers made from high-quality

Late in 2013, chef Daniel Boulud will unveil DBGB Kitchen & Bar,
which is described as a "French brasserie meets American tavern." In
addition, to seasonal Lyonnais-inspired cooking, guests will delight in
about a dozen varieties of house-made sausage, mouthwatering burgers and
towering shellfish platters as well as dessert classics like baked
Alaska and souffles.
Nightlife options abound all over The Venetian. There's The Bourbon Room,
